Join the One Million Strikes Challenge and make your own strike against cancer.
In the summer of 2020 Kaveh will take on his most physically gruelling and mentally demanding challenge yet as he attempts to raise £1,000,000 by successfully completing a Guinness World Record of One Million consecutive martial arts strikes.
At a rate of 2 strikes per second, it will take Kaveh 6 days to complete his challenge, and you can support him live at the Intu Watford Shopping Centre as he attempts his incredible marathon challenge in August 2020.
However, to raise £1,000,000 Kaveh needs your help.
We need 1,000 people to complete “1,000 Martial Arts Strikes” which when added together will make 1,000,000 in total.
Sign up individually or in a team of up to 10 people.
Rather than just punching a bag, you will be performing a series of different punches and kicks – no experience necessary, you will get 4 free lessons to learn and practice the moves.
Once you have signed up, you can log into the online portal which has over 160 different classes from March to June and choose which ones you want to attend.
There are over 30 Challenge Events you can sign up to make your 1,000 strikes against cancer.
Your challenge will take approximately 1 hour to complete, followed by a medal and certificate ceremony.
You do not have to use take all 4 lessons, but it is strongly recommended to ensure you can complete your challenge successfully.
